Our Professional Staff ~

 

All of our professional staff are either a staff member or a private contractor. All staff meet the Tiarah Day Spa standards for training, education, experience, and excellence.
Gratuities ~
Gratuities are at the guestsʼ discretion and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service.
Spa Reservations ~
All services/appointments are by reservation. We require reservations with a credit card, gift card, or pre-payment that take three hours or more.
Cancellation Policy ~
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to an appointment time. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled on the day of service, and the appointment was reserved for three hours or more, you will be charged 50% of what the total cost would have been.
Appointments ~
We make every effort to reserve enough time for your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment as to not inconvenience our other clients. It may be necessary to deduct time from a treatment from late arrivals.

Quiet Zone ~
Because quiet and relaxation is the nature of our spa, we ask that you turn off your cell phone ringers and pagers before you enter.
Personal Possessions ~
We regret that we are not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles.
Gift Cards ~
Gift cards are available in any denomination. They are only for a set dollar value and not for specific services. They are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards must be present at time of purchase or time of service.

We have a wide selection of products that are located in our reception area. Come shop today!
