Spa Etiquette
Appointments ~
We make every effort to reserve enough time for your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment as to not inconvenience our other clients. It may be necessary to deduct time from an appointment on late arrivals. Services totaling three hours or more must be reserved with a credit card.
Cancellations ~
A courtesy call to the spa is appreciated in the event an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. A 24 hour notice is required.
Gratuities ~
Tips are not included in the price of our spa services. If you wish to leave a
gratuity, you will find an envelope at the reception desk.
Quiet Zone ~
Because quiet and relaxation is the nature of our spa, we ask that you turn
off your cell phone ringers and pagers before you enter.
Personal Possessions ~
We regret we are not liable for the loss of/or damage to personal articles.
